If a product offered by KidLuxe is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Order Processing & Shipping

We provide complimentary standard shipping across the United States. Key order fulfillment timelines include:

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and kept in its original protective packaging with all tags attached.

If an incorrect item or size was chosen by the customer, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days following receipt and warehouse inspection.

Damaged or Transit-Impacted Items:

• Notify our support team within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photographic evidence showing the damaged parts and shipping container.
• Without photo verification, complimentary replacements or full refunds cannot be processed.

Payment Methods & Processing
